Claims
All damage claims must be reported to us within 3 business days. Please keep damaged merchandise in its original packaging and box for at least 7 days in case Fed Ex decides to inspect the damages. Discrepancies in color, texture, etc. are not considered damaged. We inspect and carefully package all merchandise. But, in this fast pace “volume” shipping business, damages sometimes occur and the carrier must be held accountable.
Privacy Policy
When you register with our site or make a purchase, we obtain some personal information such as email, address, etc. The information will only be used for internal marketing and administrative efforts. We will never sell any of your personal information to a third party.
Shipping/Delivery
We ship our items thru Fedex Home and Ground and by truck for larger orders (pallets).
Shipping to AK/HI/PR/Alaska or Outside the US
Yes! Anything that we ship to Hawaii/ Canada/PR/Alaska or outside the US, the customer has to pay the difference for shipping costs. You will receive an email from us, with the out of pocket cost to ship to you and instructions on how to proceed.
Unpacking Merchandise
Please do not throw away boxes and packaging material until after you have unpacked and confirmed that you have accounted for everything you ordered. We take great pride in speed and carefulness in packing while at the same time minimizing volume to save on freight. Some items are very lightweight and therefore be mistaken for packing material.

We prefer Paypal, but also accept every major credit card.

Color
Please, please, understand that our merchandise is handmade, hand painted and therefore no two pieces are alike. Variations in color, shape, size and texture are a normal part of the uniqueness. This is especially true for all of our items, which are all unique pieces.
